JUEGO STUDIOS: Optimizing Industrial Challenges with Reality Technology

    CIO VendorSuman Balakrishna, CEO

A few years back, after Oculus’s acquisition by Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg had famously portrayed virtual and augmented reality as the next generation of human interaction. This is in complete coherence with the vision of Suman Balakrishna, CEO of Juego Studios, a leading Indian game development company. "In the future, my vision is that VR and AR technologies will transform industries around the world with their immersive interactive visual experiences," says Suman, an entrepreneur with a decade of experience in reality technologies, gaming, and IT services.

Since its inception in 2011 as a software outsourcing company in the sphere of game development, Juego Studios has transcended from providing traditional gaming services to delivering high-quality solutions for VR, AR, AI, machine learning, simulation, big data, IoT, and enterprise gamification, serving major organizations from numerous sectors across the globe.

The company has developed VR content for a variety of platforms including Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Samsung Gear, and Google Cardboard among others. Apart from games and experiences meant purely for entertainment, Juego Studios also leverages reality technology to develop enterprise level simulations and solutions for various sectors including manufacturing, financial, healthcare, military, construction, and financial sectors. These range from immersive training simulations for employees to virtual walkthroughs of buildings for the real estate industry. Similarly, the company has also developed AR based applications for various businesses such as promotional apps, interactive solutions for restaurant marketing etc.

For their enterprise gamification projects, Juego Studios initiates a client partnership by closely examining the specific requirements and pain points of the customer. Accordingly, the studio’s professionals utilize the right technology that suits client's requirements and build a novel solution that simulates the entire operational process of the customer’s enterprise. The integration of VR and AR components results in the creation of hyper-realistic, immersive solutions that accurately simulate real-world scenarios, leading to a greater understanding of situations by users.

The Company Has Transcended From Providing Traditional Gaming Solutions For Entertainment To Solving Real-Time Business Problems For Clients Using VR And AR For Enterprise Gamification

With real-time interactive characterizations, intelligent performance evaluations, error recognition and rectification based on user data inputs, and a host of other features, the solutions provide a comprehensive virtual gamified view of the company's internal processes. This interactive system assists in making operations more intuitive, understandable, and error-free for employees, thus enabling a significant boost in the organization's outputs, ROI, and overall performance.

By developing expertise in the latest VR and AR development platforms, Juego Studios has continually evolved its diverse range of enterprise-level solutions. "While strengthening our core foundations, we consistently adapt to newer technologies in the market as early as possible to offer the best to our clients and solve their problems quickly and cost-effectively," remarks Suman. He explains further that implementing AR, VR, and AI technologies have allowed the company to provide a new level of high-quality graphics enabled, interactive visualization, and intelligent solutions that seamlessly integrate with all leading VR hardware in the market. This has greatly benefited Juego Studios’ customer organizations that extend from the gaming industry into multiple other sectors like education, pharmaceutical, oil and energy, banking, engineering, entertainment, real estate, and more.

For instance, one major pharmaceutical company was encountering profound challenges in training its employees on capsule creation process, a procedure that required elaborate precision. Juego Studios created a complete virtual gamified environment of the whole process that can be accessed using Oculus Rift. The intelligent system minutely analyzed user inputs, periodically determined the operation performance and notified all errors in the process that needed to be rectified. The solution also provided the client's employees with virtual, simulated scenarios to assist them in understanding the entire process better and respond adequately during any situation.

Suman cites Juego Studios' friendly and creative work atmosphere as a major contributing factor for the company's stellar success as it witnesses continued growth in the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. In resonance with the CEO's original vision, Juego Studios’ future focus is to unify VR, AR, AI, IoT, and big data under one comprehensive platform. Additionally, with the company's own internal framework for visualization and data metrics, Juego Studios could solve the problems of customers from any industry in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.
