Do the young workers in your factory enjoy their work? Do the young workers love their work? Are your company's skills being passed down accurately? In this article, I'd like to share with you a few details about the hottest demand in the market right now: electronic manuals using 3DCG. The reason why there are so many requests for this is related to Japan's aging population. Japan has an accumulation of excellent technologies. In many cases, this technology comes from skilled workers. However, we are facing the problem of aging skilled workers. When they retire, the technology will be lost. How to pass on the technology is a major issue in Japan. However, this is not only a problem in Japan. I suspect that this is happening in other countries as well. It is the younger generation that will inherit the business. But there is a gap between the way the younger generation thinks and the way the older generation thinks. And yet, it is unbearable for young workers to be taught one by one by skilled workers in the same workplace.
That's why they soon leave the company. The factory owner is in trouble. A factory owner is troubled, "I hired a young worker, and just when I think I've finally trained him, he quits immediately!”. Isn't there a way to ensure that young people can enjoy their work and pass on their skills? One of the answers is the electronic manual using 3DCG provided by ARGO marketing solutions.

ARGO marketing solutions offers four different solutions using 3DCG.The first one is the video which is production of visualization of technology using 3DCG. The second is an electronic manual using 3DCG.The images are divided into menus for each process so that workers can actively move the images. The third is an application of this 3DCG manual on Microsoft's Hololens. The fourth is Microsoft's holographic lens, which allows up to five people to synchronize and view the same hologram, which is actually used in exhibitions.

Thetopicof this time is to close up the electronic manual using 3DCG:second solution. In order to make this work, we need to have an accurate understanding of the subject matter, in addition to being proficient in 3DCG.ARGO has a team of engineers who can analyze the client's work to understand exactly what is being done and how it can best be done in 3DCG. This process is very important. Based on that analysis, the 3DCG creators will create the 3DCG. The process of creating 3DCG takes time, but ARGO has many creators who can create the latest 3DCG. The work depicted in 3DCG is so realistic that it looks as if it is done by skilled workers. This allows younger workers to work with a constant view. It's as if there is a skilled worker beside them who is teaching them everything. Young workers are used to this kind of CG and video. That's why it's very fun for them to learn the process. In fact, A president of a company that has installed this system is happy to say that the young workers are working very lively. Are you interested in what the manual looks like? I think it would be best to show it to you in a video. If you think this manual will be useful to our readers, please feel free to contact us and our website. We will show you the video. ARGO will continue to contribute to the society of the future by ensuring that excellent technology with a long history is passed on to the younger generation.
