Examples of providing solutions to problems faced by Japanese factories

2021 will be a very important year for us because we will finally finish the development period of 3DCG technology for visualizing technology and introduce it to the market.

We have been chasing the ideal 3DCG for the past three years. And finally, we have reached our goal. No, this is not a goal, it's a start. This confident 3DCG will have a tremendous presence not only in promotional videos, but also in manual and mixed reality. It will have a huge impact on the industrial world.

We got the award in 2020, but that was in May. It was in May, just as Corvid 19 was raging around the world. So we changed our original plan to create an international communication tool for the Japanese market. And it was a success. Fortunately, in Japan, Corvid19 has not affected the industry as much as it has in the US.

In September of 2020, our work was featured on the front page of the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Japan's most widely circulated newspaper. The impact of this article was huge, and it was beyond our imagination. The president of our client company said that he wanted to launch XR as a new business of his company.
And an article related to this article was published again in the newspaper on January 1, 2021. I think you can probably easily imagine how these public relations spurred our business.

We also produced a new form of manual for factory operations using 3DCG. Here is an example of what we have done. We asked the president of the Japanese company. "What is the problem with the work in the factory? Isn't it one of them to maintain the same quality of work even if the workers in charge change? Isn't one of the problems that young workers don't settle down easily?" In the end, our 3DCG electronic manual solved both of these problems. Let me explain a situation where our 3DCG electronic manual is used in a real process at this company. A worker is in the process of assembling a part. A tablet terminal fixed to the workbench shows an animation of the work procedure in 3DCG. All the worker has to do is follow the same steps. When they are done, they press the "Next" button. This will switch to the next step in the process. After a certain amount of work is completed, a checklist screen appears, and a person other than the worker checks the items and presses the OK button to proceed.

The president of this company thought that the method of "learning by watching how an experienced worker does things" would cause a lot of individual differences. However, a paper manual would be hundreds of pages long. That is why we introduced an electronic manual using 3DCG. The manual has been well received by the young workers, who say that they can solve their questions even when their seniors are busy, and that they can practice outside the factory.

We are confident that with our proven track record, the solutions we provide will solve the problems currently facing the industry.

We have decided to create a full-fledged organization in February 2021 to strengthen our human resources in both sales and production.

It is currently limited to Japan. However, we originally thought that this would help our business in the US. So, we are looking forward to the day when this issue is resolved as soon as possible and we can operate in the U.S. as before and visit California again with its wonderful weather.
